Bug fixes and chores

• Sync AAD Users to CW Manage Contacts

  • Updated inputs for the subworkflow to create PSA service tickets that were not properly set eg: CTX.first_name instead of CTX.user.first_name)

• Rewst: User Offboarding

  • Updated the Reset M365 Password action Force Delegated Admin parameter to True to avoid users needing to log in and add Privileged Auth Admin role when the call is made with app permissions.
