What does the Time Savings Report Crate do?

Boost your team's efficiency with our Time Savings Report Crate, designed to turn your workflow data into actionable insights with zero manual effort. This automation gathers execution data across your workflows, calculates total time saved, and transforms it into a clear, comprehensive report. Delivered straight to your inbox and accessible online anytime, the report empowers you to track productivity gains at a glance. With built-in filtering by workflow status and sub-organization, plus reusable templates stored in Rewst for consistency, you’ll have everything you need to demonstrate impact and make informed decisions—automatically.

Unpack the Time Savings Report Crate

1. Navigate to Crates > Crate Marketplace in the left side menu of the Rewst platform.

2. Search for Time Savings Report.

3. Click on the Crate tile to begin unpacking.

4. Use the drop-down selectors for each option to set your preferences for the report.

   1. Group Report By: Suborg or workflow

   2. Results From Last: 7, 30, or 14 days

   3. Only show: Successful Results, Failed Results, or All Results

   4. Run: Daily at 2am, Every Monday at 9am, Every 5 minutes, or First Day of every month

5. Enter the email where the report should be sent into the Send to (comma separated emails) field.

6. Click Continue.

7. Configure your triggers if settings beyond the default are desired.

8. Click Unpack.

Test the Crate

This Crate will send the email at a set date and time based off of the preferences you set during the unpacking process. To force the Crate to trigger sooner, update your configuration page for the Crate to send the report every 5 minutes. Once you've confirmed that it works, update the configuration again to your desired timeline.
