This can be anything from new community changes how to get in touch with the team or setting up recurring meetings

Community

• Discord and Slack are up and running! Join discord via the link at the top of the docs site, or view the contact information below for Slack

• Don't have an invite to the Open Mic calls every week? Get in touch with Jesse!

Tickets

• With the ROC now using Halo for their ticketing system, this is when you should find a ticket created for you!

• A discussion with a ROC engineer that doesn't result in a fix on first discussion

• If you have a call to troubleshoot, create workflows or other ROC work

• For all onboarding or expansion work

• If a call results in a new workflow idea or request
