1. Forms Portal

The Forms Portal provides a streamlined experience for users to access and manage forms they have permission to view. It includes powerful search and filtering options on the table component itself, allowing users to quickly navigate to the forms they need, all in one convenient location.

2. End User Portal

The End User Portal is built around self-service automation, empowering end users to manage tasks independently while still maintaining the ability to log tickets. This portal offers 24/7 access to crucial automations like new user setups, offboarding, group changes, password resets, and more—without requiring a service desk call.

3. Reporting Portal

The Reporting Portal is designed for the MSP, offering powerful reporting capabilities on devices and service trends. Use this portal to identify out-of-warranty devices, analyse ticket trends, and generate insights using your existing Rewst workflows and integrations.

Adding Custom Styles to Prebuilt Apps

Customizability has been a top priority in the development of the Prebuilt Apps. We wanted to make it effortless for users to apply their own branding, including colours and logos, without needing to manually adjust the app itself. To achieve this, we’ve built everything using templates and HTML Containers, but we’ve also simplified the process by creating an automation that lets you update these templates using hex codes—no need to learn CSS!

You can use our pre-built form, which can be installed via a crate located here. This form will guide you through updating the branding for any Prebuilt App. Simply select which app you want to update, choose between light or dark mode (yes, we’ve included a theme toggle for all our sites!), and we’ll display the current values set for the site. To update them, just input your desired hex codes, such as #000000 for black.

The best part? This customization works at both the MSP level and the client level. Depending on who logs into the portal, they’ll experience different branding—your clients can see their own custom look while your techs enjoy your MSP’s branding. Simply run the form for whomever you want to update, the same way you do for normal client triggers.
