After that, Kelvin jumps in to talk about and show a workflow he created to check the status of temporary access passwords in Microsoft 365, to create a path if it's enabled, and to enable the path if it's not enabled
Next, Max shows off a few workflows including:
A workflow that handles CSAT responses and adds the information to tickets
A Retire computer workflow that removes the computer from all the agents from all their different systems
A workflow for ConnectWise Access Management that checks the event types in their database tables
