Bug fixes and chores

• Fixed ORG.INTEGRATIONS.sql_database.is_installed for integration overrides

• Evened out spacing between hidden fields in forms

• Added better error handling for TransportQueryErrors during cloning

• Fixed 404 error on CSP option refresh/not all options available

• Fixed With Items field not rendering jinja correctly

• Fixed double clicking creates multiple workflows

• Fixed bug where generic HTTP action wasn’t allowing switch between body and json
