• Fun Fact for the week: I took my own advice from last week, played Fire Emblem on Nintendo Switch Online, and I'm just as obsessed with it as I was back in 2003. Sorry Baldur's Gate 3...

• Shout out to all the customers who gave education feedback this week! One highlight is more content on creating tasks using small sub-workflows to speed up automation building. More to come!

• We've updated the times on our Rewst 104 ~ 106 training to give a 15-minute break between:

  • Mondays: Rewst 101 @ 12pm EST + Rewst 104 @ 1:15pm EST

  • Tuesdays: Rewst 102 @ 12pm EST + Rewst 105 @ 1:15pm EST

  • Wednesdays: Rewst 103 @ 12pm EST + Rewst 106 @ 1:15pm EST

  • Thursdays: ROC AMA @ 12pm EST

• Consolidated the Microsoft Graph integration setup page, added an Actions page, and enhanced the Graph Subscriptions page.

• Completely reworked the Best Practices for Microsoft Integrations and Common Issues with Microsoft Integrations pages.

  • Updated the top and left navigation for clarity + updated some text on the front page.

  • Update the Rewst Script Run file on the Datto RMM Integration Setup page.

  • Added Auth Server Hostname information in the Halo PSA Integration setup page.

Tickets

With the ROC now using Halo for their ticketing system, this is when you should find a ticket created for you!

• A discussion with a ROC engineer that doesn't result in a fix on first discussion

• If you have a call to troubleshoot, create workflows or other ROC work

• For all onboarding or expansion work

• If a call results in a new workflow idea or request
