• As you all know by now, Eddie Chow is taking over for this update. So first of all, thank you, Eddie, for making this a brandwich deluxe next week.

• Fun Fact for the Week: Don't skip out on NSO if you have a Switch! With a huge library of Zelda games, and even Fire Emblem, who needs to buy something new, amirite?

• Huge shout out to all the engagement in the Cluck U Discord channel this week, helping us find bugs and updates on the docs Site!

  • Mondays: Rewst 101 @ 12pm EST + Rewst 104 @ 1pm EST

  • Tuesdays: Rewst 102 @ 12pm EST + Rewst 105 @ 1pm EST

  • Wednesdays: Rewst 103 @ 12pm EST + Rewst 106 @ 1pm EST

Cluck University

• Added sign-up link and a new page for Rewst 101

• Added the Rewst 105 video

Tickets

With the ROC now using Halo for their ticketing system, this is when you should find a ticket created for you!

• A discussion with a ROC engineer that doesn't result in a fix on first discussion

• If you have a call to troubleshoot, create workflows or other ROC work

• For all onboarding or expansion work

• If a call results in a new workflow idea or request
