Multiselect

With Multiselect, you can select multiple workflow tasks and notes simultaneously by drawing a "selection box" around them.

Activating Multiselect

To activate Multiselect and draw a selection box, either:

1. Hold shift and drag the mouse.

2. Hold the middle-mouse button and drag the mouse.

Moving Selected Items

Once you have selected multiple tasks or notes, you can move them by dragging the "selection box" to the desired location.

Modifiying Selected Items

With multiple tasks or notes selected, you can perform the following actions:

Deleting Items

To delete selected items:

• Press the delete key.

• Right-click the canvas and select Delete

To duplicate the selected items:

• Press ctrl+d

• Right-click the canvas and select Duplicate
