Immybot Integration Setup

This document outlines the requirements and setup for the ImmyBot integration.

Getting the Client ID and Client Secret Value from ImmyBot

Before configuring the Rewst integration you must get the Application ID and Client Secret Value from your ImmyBot account.

Please refer to ImmyBot's Documentation for instructions on retrieving your API key information.

Configuring the Integration

Once you have the information, you will need to configure the integration within the Rewst platform.

Follow the below steps to configure a new integration:

1. Log in to the Rewst platform.

2. Click on the "Integrations" menu on the left sidebar.

3. Click on or search for "ImmyBot".

4. Add your ImmyBot Hostname and click next.

5. Add in the following and click next:

   • Microsoft Tenant ID

   • Client ID

   • Client Secret

6. Navigate to ImmyBot Persons Settings and create a new Person for Rewst to use. Use your primary Tenant and set the AD External ID field value.

7. Click continue to create your User and assign the admin Role.

8. Test your configuration.
