Manage your pages
Introduction
Welcome to the "Managing Your Pages" documentation! This guide will take you through the steps to create, view, edit, and delete pages within your Rewst app. Efficiently managing your pages is crucial for crafting a seamless user experience.
Creating a Page
Navigate to the App Platform: In the left navigation under App Platform, click on "Apps."
Select App: Click on the app from the list that you want to add a page to. This will bring you to the app's page.
Create a New Page: Above the table listing all your pages, find the "Create Page" button.
Enter Page Details: A modal will appear, prompting you to enter a page name, path (URL extension), and select whether it's the home page and/or login page.
Submit: Click "Submit" to create the page.
Note: You can only have one home page and one login page.
Editing a Page
Navigate to the App Platform: In the left navigation under App Platform, click on "Apps."
Select App: Click on the app from the list to view your app details.
Access Page Builder: In the table listing all your pages, click on the page you want to edit. This will bring you to the Page Builder canvas.
Deleting a Page
Navigate to the App Platform: In the left navigation under App Platform, click on "Apps."
Select App: Click on the app from the list to view your app details.
Access Page Options: In the table listing all your pages, click on the three dots next to the page you want to delete.
Choose "Delete": Select the "Delete" option from the menu.
Enter Confirmation Phrase: To prevent accidental deletions, you'll be prompted to enter a confirmation phrase.
Submit: After entering the confirmation phrase, confirm the deletion.
Important Note: Once a page is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Viewing Live Pages
You can view the live page by directly entering the URL in your browser. Alternatively, open the Page Builder and click the link on the top of the page.
