* List all PSA Contacts workflow
  * Modification was made to the task that publishes user options: An email field was added to the user options on the `halo_list_users` task. This means that now, along with the user's ID, label, and contact ID, their email address is also included in the options.
* On Prem: Create User workflow
  * Added manager to the subworkflow inputs. Added powershell to add the manager to the user if the manager field is filled out.
