New features and items

• SAAS Alerts integration (In QA)

• Added a jinja filter for urldecoding

• Updated URL query parameters for App Platform to provide more functionality

Bug fixes and chores

• Implemented a new feature flagging tool and expanded usage of feature flags in general

• Implemented OpenTelemetry and Signoz for distributed tracing and better logging capabilities

• Improved our deployment script to make it easier to deploy docker images to different environments and further automating the deployment and rollback process

• Fixed a bug with the link component in App Platform

• Fixed a bug with null responses for page based http client

• Added the ability to specify region for the Ninja integration

• Added error handling for missing block action value for slack

• Fixed the oauth_refresh_token_key and oauth_authorization_extra_params for custom integrations

• Added error handling for invalid Ninja RMM and ITGlue configurations

• Updated the copy for Google integration setup

• Added error handling or uncaught exceptions when rendering webhook responses

• Added error handling for decoding pax8 responses
