New features and items

• App Platform - Updated app list table and added favorite app functionality

• App Platform - Added ability to select a parent component

Bug fixes and chores

• Added account hostname cache to Duo calls when utilizing the accounts_api

• Fixed some copy, cut, and paste functionality in App Platform

• Fixed bug that was preventing users from seeing App Platform page presets

• Removed limit on get sites query in App Platform

• Fixed bug in cron job to create table partitions in Rewst's database

• Fixed CW Control Sessions Query action to use new API endpoint
