New features and items

• Added select all and clear all buttons in CSP permissions dialog to allow selecting or clearing of all permissions that match a search filter.

Bug fixes and chores

• Removed OpenAPI spec from packConfig queries so that it doesn't get added to workflow executions since it's not needed there and can be quite large

• Marked the Address, Contact, and Document fields as required for IT Portal facilities actions
