General News

• Welcome Eddie Chow to the Cluck U Team! Eddie is coming in as a Training and Enablement Manager to help scale out our Cluck U offerings!

Cluck U and Documentation Updates

• The first Rewst 101: Laying the Foundations of Automation is scheduled for June 15th! You can sign up now!

• The Following Documentation have been released:

  • IT Glue Integration Setup

• The following Documentation bugs have been fixed:

  • Fixed broken link in note for multi-tenancy integration.

Tickets

With the ROC now using Halo for their ticketing system, this is when you should find a ticket created for you!

• A discussion with a ROC engineer that doesn't result in a fix on first discussion

• If you have a call to troubleshoot, create workflows or other ROC work

• For all onboarding or expansion work

• If a call results in a new workflow idea or request
