Added select all and clear all buttons in CSP permissions dialog to allow selecting or clearing of all permissions that match a search filter.
Bug fixes and chores
Removed OpenAPI spec from packConfig queries so that it doesn't get added to workflow executions since it's not needed there and can be quite large
Marked the Address, Contact, and Document fields as required for IT Portal facilities actions
