Integrating your PSA is the foundation to streamlining and automating your MSP workflows. It's one of the first things you'll need to do to get started with Rewst. Centralize service tickets, automate billing and reporting, and improve your turnaround times.
Remember your prerequisites! Before you set up your PSA integration, make sure that you:
Have administrative access to your PSA
Create a dedicated user and security role for the API integration
Read through our introductions to Crates and integrations
Click each of the tiles below to launch that Crate's information page. Find more relevant Crates in our Crate Marketplace. You'll find it in the left side menu of the platform by navigating to Crates > Crate Marketplace.
Rewst integrates with a variety of PSAs. Each brand of PSA has its own setup documentation. Find the version for your particular PSA below or by scrolling through the child pages in the left side menu of this docs site, and click the link to open your instructions.
